In addition to the special COVID grants distributed in July 2020, Endow Urbandale gave an additional three grants during their grant making cycle.
Grants were given to the following organizations:
Urbandale Historical Society in the amount of $2,500 to supplement the costs for reglazing windows and repair the house from storms.
Urbandale Education Foundation in the amount of $2,500 to fund mini teacher grants.
Urbandale Parks and Recreation in the amount of $2,500 for the all-inclusive playground.
When COVID 19 occurred, Endow Urbandale led the charge to offer relief to Urbandale organizations and residents.
The Board of Trustees led a special fundraising effort that raised $61,972 to be used to support local organizations in need. The board voted to offer 10 grants. Click here to see a full list of grants offered.
